Client reporting file portal allows advisors to securely upload and download files. Examples of files you might need to download via this portal are: 

  • Data files;
  • Manual data sheets or;
  • Any other sensitive material that shouldn't be communicated via email.


Download files from Client Reporting in these 2 steps


Step 1. Dashboard

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard view. Click on the "File Portal" link under the menu on the left-hand side



Step 2. File Portal Search Page

This page shows all the files available for you to download. 


To download the file, select the download icon on the right of the page. If the file cannot be found then the search filter box can be used to filter the files found on the portal.



Next possible steps 

1. Information 

More details information on the file can be found by clicking on the information icon. Once clicked, a popup modal window will display the details of the file. On this window, you are able to download the file, edit it or delete it using the same icons buttons as seen on the search page.

2. Edit 

When the edit icon button is pressed, a popup modal window will be displayed. Within this window, a user can edit the description of the file. To complete the edit click the save icon button. After clicking the button the changes will be saved and the modal window closed. 



3. Delete

To retain the spread of data it is a good practice to delete old files that will no longer be used. To do this click the delete icon. Once delete button is selected a confirmation popup modal window will appear. Once confirmed the file will be deleted.
